Google Chrome 3.0.187.1 released

Google Chrome developers have released a new build for dev channel users.

This build has been released rather quickly to fix the crash problems faced by users of the previous build that was released yesterday.

This new release is only for Windows users as Linux and Mac users did not face any problems with yesterday’s release.

Chrome users on Dev Channel are going to get this new release automatically. Ours has been updated already.

Google Chrome developers had this to say on the bad build that was released yesterday:

We apologize for the problem and we are making changes to our process to try and avoid issues like this in the future. The dev channel is always going to be a little risky but we agree that major features like this should not go out broken.
