WordPress and WordPress MU would be merged
Automattic has announced that they are planning to merge their two blogging projects WordPress and WordPress MU.
WordPress MU is essentially WordPress with the ability to run multiple blogs from a single installation.
Few details were revealed on how this merger would be made.
Looks like the users of WordPress blogs would get the ability of WP MU in an upcoming update that would allow them to run multiple blogs without migrating their blogs to the MU edition.
Should be a cool new feature release for the bloggers on WP.
