Hulu Desktop launched
Hulu has become one of the biggest challengers to YouTube at least in the US market.
It is supported by the major media labels in the US market.
Hulu has been a web browser based service since the launch. But that is all set to change with the launch of Hulu Desktop.
Hulu Desktop has been launched through the Hulu Labs and it is available for both Mac OS X and Windows platforms. No love for Linux as usual.
This application enables the user to control Hulu using a remote on a media center PC.
It supports both Windows Media Centre remotes on Windows and Apple Remote on Mac OS X.
