Cartier drops lawsuit after Apple removes infringing application
Cartier has announced that they have dropped their lawsuit filed against Apple.
Incidentally, the lawsuit was dropped just hours after it was filed.
The company said that Apple has removed the infringing application from the Apple App Store and they are satisfied with the action taken.
The watch maker had issues with Fake Watch by Digitopolis’ and Fake Watch Gold Edition which allegedly used Cartier’s trademarks.
The applications did nothing except for showing the time through some of the popular watch brands.
