Hulu.com to stream Dave Matthews Band concert
US based video broadcasting service Hulu.com has announced that they would be live streaming the upcoming concert by the Dave Matthews Band.
This would be a first for the service which is more popular for hosting television shows and movies.
Hulu incidentally also live broadcasted 2008 presidential debates.
But this is the first music concert to be live streamed on the service which is practically become an alternative of television for web users in the US market.
Hulu.com is already the third most popular video service in the US market after YouTube and MySpace.
They are currently only accessible in the US market. Though plans to go international are under works.
Update: FuseTV will also be broadcasting the “Dave Matthews Band: Live from the Beacon Theatre” concert special live and commercial free on TV at 9pm/8c that night!

I did not like it when they webcasted the presidential election at ALL. I found the buffering to be so annoying If only I was home to watch it…but this time I will be for DMB and Im definitely just going to watch it on Fuse instead: http://fuse.tv/tours/dmb/
