Cartier International files a trademark lawsuit against Apple

Apple faces another lawsuit. This latest one is from Cartier International.

Cartier International is claiming in their lawsuit that Apple is offering applications through iTunes that infringes on their trademarks.

This lawsuit was filed Friday in federal court in Manhattan.

They are asking Apple to remove the infringing elements. They are also seeking unspecified damages.

The application involved in the lawsuit enables the user to display time on their iPhones and iPod Touch devices.

Looks like Apple has been sued for a third party application that is being sold through their App Store.

This could lead to more lawsuits against the company.
