Google Suggest massively improved

Google Operating System blog has revealed some of the new enhancements that are now available on Google Search through Google Suggest feature.

These new features can be enhanced by checking out Google.com.

If you are not yet on the new updated servers, GOS has posted the JS code to update your cookie.

It is:

javascript:document.cookie= "PREF=ID=175eb54605c0202d:U=a14f58424228a2a5:LD=en:NR=10:CR=2:TM=1240146048:LM=1242596928:DV=AA:GM=1:IG=1:S=zW53HscJwnEL89bQ;path=/;domain=.google.com";void(0);

You just have to run this code from your browser’s address bar while on Google.com to activate the new features.

New features include:

It now shows data from your search history if enabled.
You can remove the data from your search history if so desired.
It can show direct results to the suggestions to save clicks.
It also shows Google Search and I’m Feeling Lucky button in some instances again to save clicks.
They have removed the number of results for a keyword to probably save space and reduce clutter.
