Dear Hotmail:
I have been trying to get into my e-mail account but I haven't gotten any success as of yet. Every time I get into the area of finding my e-mail messages I get information telling me that there is no data on file for that address. So I'm wondering if you can help me figure out how to gain access to the e-mail address. If you could help me please feel free to give me a call at 513-948-3993 or 513-948-3994. Thank you.
