Fans of Charles Dickens have something to cheer about. They now have their own replacement service for link shortening tools like TinyURL…
DickensURL.com is a new service that was inspired by a comment posted on reddit.com.
It does not generate short URLs though the results are still pretty interesting. As a result, some results turn out to be pretty huge.
DickensURL.com developer had this to say on the service launch: “This service has been created to convert long URLs into wonderful works by Charles Dickens. The fear of cryptic URLs, long or short, is now no longer a problem. Enter an ugly URL above and hit convert button. Soon you will be faced with beautiful words of Charles Dickens.
