SpiderOak has announced the launch of version 3.0 of their online backup and synchronization technology.
The service offers 2GB of free storage to web users.
Interested customers can purchase extra storage for a fee.
The technology enables you to backup data and synchronize files online.
It supports all the popular platforms Windows, Linux and Mac OS X.
The service has a unique feature called “zero-knowledge” data encryption. This enables the user to store the password to the service on his own computer.
