DivX 7 for Mac released
DivX has released the latest edition of their DivX application for the Apple Mac platform.
DivX 7 is now available for download from the company’s website.
The decoder component is available for free.
The encoder component is on sale for USD 20.
The company said that this new release would enable users to play .divx and .avi videos using QuickTime.
This new updated edition features support for High Definition (HD) H.264 .MKV (Matroska) files.
It requires Mac OS X 10.4 or later.
