Microsoft Office 14 would have both 32 and 64 bit editions

Software giant Microsoft has announced that they would launch the next edition of MS Office in both 32bit and 64bit editions.

This would be the first time that Microsoft Office would get a 64bit edition.

The company has already been offering 64bit editions of Windows XP, Windows Vista and their server operating systems.

Microsoft has yet not finalized the name of the next edition of Office though it is likely to be named MS Office 2010.

This edition of the Office is going to feature browser based editions of Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and OneNote in addition to the regular software editions.
