Apple iTunes 8.1 might create problems for older generation iPod Shuffle
Online sources reveal that the recently updated Apple iTunes application is creating problems for the owners of the second generation Apple iPod Shuffle.
The update was provided to add support for the third generation iPod Shuffle which lacks any controls on the player itself.
The updated iTunes does work with the older Shuffles but user can expect to face a lot of problems.
Most of the problems are related to file management. Some users have also reported that they cannot play from the device while it is connected to the computer.
