Amazon App for BlackBerry released
Amazon has released their mobile application for the Blackberry platform.
Amazon App for BlackBerry is now available on the Blackberry app store.
This application is designed to make it easier for mobile users to shop on the move.
It showcases the Amazon web store in a mobile optimized format for easy access to product information and reviews.
Users also get the ability to track their packages and access their account and wish lists.
It also includes Amazon Remembers feature which allows the user to take photos of products using their Blackberry device and send the image to Amazon to get related products available on the store.
Sam Hall, director of Amazon Mobile spoke about this new application: “In addition to their favorite Amazon shopping features, BlackBerry users can now access the Amazon Remembers feature for a fun and easy way to build a list of photographs showing products they want to remember for later, make price comparisons across multiple merchants, and purchase.”
