DISNEY acquires assets from Canadian company Kaboose
US based media giant Disney has announced their decision to acquire some of the assets of Canadian company Kaboose.
Disney gets the ownership of several web properties through this deal.
These include: Kaboose.com, Babyzone.com, AmazingMoms.com, Funschool.com, Zeeks.com and ParentZone.com.
The company did not reveal whether they plan to retain the company employees working in the US market.
All of these properties would soon become part of the Disney Online network.
