meebo notifier for Meebo users launched!
If you are a heavy user of Meebo on your computer, meebo notifier is just for you.
The web based instant messaging service has launched this little application for installation on your desktop.
It is designed to deliver updates received during the Meebo session through a pop-up window on the Windows desktop.
The aim is to improve the integration of Meebo web service with the desktop.
Users can also login directly to Meebo using this tiny application.
It remains to be seen how many users use Meebo on their own computer considering they can actually use desktop applications like Pidgin itself.
