CBS promotes channels and shows through Apple App Store
Apple App Store is home to thousands of applications related to productivity and gaming.
CBS is one media giant which is using the Apple App Store to promote their products and services.
The company has launched a free Harper’s Island application on the Apple App Store.
This application promotes their new show Harper’s Island.
The application is designed to enable the user to interact with the show. They would get access to media content from the show and would also be able to participate in contests.
CBS incidentally also has a mobile app dedicated to their TV.com website on the Apple App Store.
