Insert Drawing now possible in Google Docs

Google continues to enhance their cloud computing service Google Docs.

Users of Google Docs now get access to Insert Drawing functionality.

Insert Drawing enables the user to insert ‘rich, colorful drawings into documents, presentations and spreadsheets’.

Google provides tools such us lines, free hand scribbles, text labels in addition to a large choice of shapes to create these drawings and diagrams.

Multiple users can collaborate on the same drawing which makes it even more awesome.

Google added that they developed this new feature using technologies acquired from Tonic Systems.

They are using SVG/VML for these new functionalities.
