ATI Catalyst 9.3 drivers now support Windows 7
AMD has released ATI Catalyst 9.3 drivers.
The company said that ATI Catalyst 9.3 drivers now comes with full support for Windows 7.
The support includes Windows Display Driver Model (WDDM) 1.1 compliance for ATI Radeon HD 4000, 3000, and 2000 series of graphics cards.
AMD said that the future versions of ATI Catalyst would feature a single unified driver for both Windows 7 and Windows Vista.
The driver supports Direct2D API which has been introduced in Windows 7. Windows Vista HDMI audio driver is also included in this package.
They have not yet added support for DirectX 11 as there are no cards in the market which features it.
