Firefox 3.0.7 released
While we are still waiting for Mozilla to release Firefox 3.1, the developers have made available another update to Firefox 3.0 edition.
Mozilla Firefox 3.0.7 is now available for download.
It fixes eight security issues found in Firefox 3.0.6.
Six of those issues are critical.
Mozilla said in a note that one of the flaw is very serious and can cause issues for Windows, Mac, and Linux users.
It added: “Some of these crashes showed evidence of memory corruption under certain circumstances and we presume that with enough effort at least some of these could be exploited to run arbitrary code”.
This is the second update for the Firefox web browser this year.
