Vista Service Pack 2 release candidate now being tested widely

Microsoft has revealed that they are now testing the Vista Service Pack 2 release candidate with a largest group of beta testers.

The company said that this update would include improvements based on extensive feedback from Microsoft customers.

It is already been tested by Microsoft’s TechNet and MSDN subscribers.

It is now available to a wider user group who are interested in giving it a try.

Microsoft spokesperson Brandon LeBlanc spoke about this new development: “We’re making it available to anyone interested in testing SP2 for Windows Vista and Windows Server 2008 prior to final release.”

Microsoft is aiming to release it in the second quarter of the year.
