Paid version of AIM on Apple App Store
AOL has released the paid version of their AIM application on the Apple App Store.
The company had made available the AIM Free addition last month.
There is little difference between the two versions. The paid version however is free of advertisements which are present in the free version.
This new edition of AIM works even when the user has closed the application. New messages are delivered through SMS messages.
