Smooth Scrolling in Web Browsers
Most of the web browsers in the market today have an option named Smooth Scrolling.
This option as the name suggest smoothens the scrolling on web pages.
Personally, we find this setting pretty annoying. It gets even more annoying on computers which are not really up to date.
