OmniWeb, OmniDazzle, OmniDiskSweeper, and OmniObjectMeter are now freeware
The Omni Group has announced that they are now offering three of their products as freeware.
These products are: OmniWeb, OmniDazzle, OmniDiskSweeper, and OmniObjectMeter.
The company added that none of these three applications are under active development so they decided to give them away for free.
Ken Case, CEO of the Omni Group spoke about OmniWeb: “We’ve been thinking about this for OmniWeb for a while because every other browser is free. We didn’t feel comfortable charging for something that we are not updating as frequently as some other apps.”
He added about the company itself: “As a small company with limited resources, we have had to make some difficult decisions about where to focus our attention as our business continues to grow.”
