Kerpoof Studios acquired by The Walt Disney Company
The Walt Disney Company has announced that they are acquiring Kerpoof Studios.
Kerpoof Studios specializes in developing online tools for kids to create artwork and short stories.
The company said that they are integrating these technologies on their website Disney.com.
Disney would continue to operate the company’s website Kerpoof.com.
Kerpoof’s Krista Marks has now been named general manager of Disney Online Kerpoof Studios.
