Microsoft patches Internet Explorer and Exchange in latest patch release

Microsoft has released the Patch Tuesday updates for this month.

These patches are for several Microsoft products including Internet Explorer and Microsoft Exchange.

Microsoft Security Bulletin MS09-002 states that the patches fix two flaws in IE that could result in remote code execution.

Security Bulletin MS09-003 has fixes for two critical flaws in Microsoft Exchange Server.

Security Bulletin MS09-004 has fixes for company’s SQL Server product.

Security Bulletin MS09-005 fixes three flaws in Microsoft Office.

Microsoft said that the complete patch release updates Internet Explorer 7, Windows XP Professional Edition, Windows Vista, Exchange 2000 Server, Exchange Server 2003 and 2007, SQL Server 2000 and 2005 and Office Visio 2002, 2003 and 2007.
