Sun Microsystems all set to enter cloud computing market
Sun Microsystems has announced that they are all set to enter into the crowded cloud computing market.
The company would announce their plans to become a player in this segment next month.
They would reveal the details at the upcoming CommunityOne conference in New York on March 18.
A Sun representative said: “We are building a Sun cloud. There will be lots of clouds and we see Sun as being a major player in that area.”
Amazon is already a major player in this segment with their services like Amazon EC2.
