Rowmote app released on Apple App Store
Apple already has made available their official Remote application on the App Store which can be used from the iPhone/iPod Touch to control Apple TV or iTunes on a computer.
The company did not allow the controlling functionality on other applications on a Mac.
An application named Rowmote has been launched on the App Store which expands the usability of the iPhone/iPod Touch to control applications on the Mac.
It supports applications like Front Row, DVD Player, QuickTime Player, iTunes, or Keynote.
It is available for 99 cents.
Apple Remote on the other hand is free.
