Hotmail updated to meet user demands
Microsoft has updated their Hotmail webmail service to meet some demands made by the users of the service.
The company said in a blog post about these changes: “We heard many users say that they had trouble navigating through Hotmail, especially if they had a smaller monitor, Hotmail will scroll like classic Hotmail.”
The blog post added about the new changes: “We’ve changed the way that scrolling works for users who have the reading pane turned off. It’ll look more like Classic Hotmail if your reading pane is off.”
Hotmail users get the message about these changes when they first log on to the service after the implementation.
The company recently merged two separate user interfaces into a single one to make the updates simpler for them.
The changes are not yet compatible with Google Chrome web browser. Hotmail however works great with IE, Firefox and even Opera Browser!
