US based software giant Microsoft has launched a new web service named Microsoft Answers.
Microsoft Answers is designed with a single aim in mind: help customers get answers to their questions related to Windows Vista operating system.
The questions put on this forum are answered not just by other members but also by Microsoft support professionals.
The site claims that it is browsed by a dedicated Microsoft Answers Team.
Microsoft Answers is divided into several sections related to Programs, Hardware and Drivers, Improve Performance and others.
It remains to be seen how useful this new service turn out to be for Vista users in general.
