Google Blogger now has import and export options

For years it has been complicated for bloggers to import or export their blogs from their existing platforms.

Things have become easier now as more and more blogging platforms are giving their users the choices.

Google has now added similar options to their Blogger.com web service.

Users can now merge multiple blogs into a single one. They can move individual posts from one blog to another. It is also now easy to take backups of blog which can be moved to other platforms.

Users would however still need some manual work to import blogs from other platforms to Google Blogger.

But developers on those platforms can now generate files which can be used by the users in Blogger format so that they can be imported on to this service.
