Google Chrome is out of Beta!
Google had recently said that Chrome would come out of beta soon. But no one had expected them to make available the first stable edition so soon.
The search engine giant has now released Google Chrome 1.0.154.36. This is the first stable edition as per the company.
Google Chrome Dev Channel users would continue to remain on Chrome 0.4.154.33.
It has taken the company 14 updates from the first edition to reach this stage. Millions of beta users helped the company remove the show stopping bugs.
The company hopes to bring out the Linux and Mac edition in the coming months. They are also working on an extension model that would enable third party developers to develop apps for Chrome.
