Nokia Maps and Nokia Messaging client updated with new features
Nokia has released updated editions of their Maps and Messaging services for mobile devices.
The newly updated Nokia Maps offers new features, such as high-resolution aerial images and 3D landmarks.
It also enables the user to share their location using GPS.
The company has also integrated the Maps service with their PC-based OVI platform.
Users also get the ability to purchase turn-by-turn car navigation guidance from the company. They can also get instant access to real-time information about traffic in certain countries.
Nokia Messaging client has also been updated. It supports connectivity to Yahoo Mail, Yahoo Messenger, Windows Live Hotmail, Gmail, Google Talk, AOL Mail in addition to other services.
They have also connected it to Ovi and user gets 1GB storage space on the Nokia servers.
