Steve Ballmer asked to testify in Vista Capable lawsuit

Windows Vista Capable
Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer might now be required to testify in a class-action lawsuit related to how the company marketed their Windows Vista operating system.
This comes at the time when the company has applied to get the class action status revoked.
Microsoft let the PC manufacturers sell PCs with Vista Capable stickers when it was not even released.
Some of the customers later found out that the machine was only powerful enough to run the most basic version of Vista (Home Basic).
Steve Ballmer is now required to give a deposition in the next 30 days. The company has confirmed that they would be complying with the court’s order.
