VMware acquires privately held Trango Virtual Processors
Virtualization company VMware has announced that they have now acquired Trango Virtual Processors.
Trango Virtual Processors is based in Grenoble, France and the two companies have not revealed the financial aspects of this deal.
VMware aims to boost their mobile virtualization offerings through this acquisition.
The technology could some day enable a user to run multiple mobile platforms on a single mobile device.
VMware currently provides similar technologies on the desktop and server platform.
