Google Gmail now has emoticons!
Serious users might not like emoticons in their email messages but Google does not want to disappoint other users.
The search engine giant has finally added support for emoticons in their web mail service Gmail.
It is implemented in the service as it is and not through Gmail Labs which is a surprise.
Google has also added some more emoticons to the Google Talk chat feature inside Gmail.
Google has been very active in adding new features to Gmail service. Most of the new features are available through Labs which makes it possible for the user to select the ones he wants in his own Inbox.
Maybe, the company is preparing to remove the Beta label from the Gmail service.
