Quicken Online is now a free service
Intuit has announced that they are now dropping the fees they charged for their Quicken Online web based service.
Quicken Online competes with other web based services including Mint, Geezeo, Buxfer, and Wesabe.
Intuit of course sells an offline version Quicken for a fee.
The company is also working on a special mobile edition for the users of Apple iPhone. The company did not give out any deadline for the launch of that application.
