Microsoft to enhance SQL Server with Kilimanjaro
Software giant Microsoft has said that they are working on adding some new features and functionalities to their SQL Server product with Kilimanjaro.
Kilimanjaro would be made available as an add-on which would further improve the SQL Server suite with a series of business intelligence enhancements.
Microsoft clarified that this enhancement does not mean a new version of MS SQL server.
They had launched the latest version of SQL Server earlier this year.
Microsoft Vice President Ted Kummert spoke about this new development: “You should think about this as new capabilities, not a refresh or upgrade.”
