Ubuntu 8.10 beta is out
The developers behind the popular Ubuntu distribution have now released the beta of their upcoming Ubuntu 8.10.
Ubuntu 8.10 is expected to be released sometime this month.
The beta release is not recommended for use on production machines though it is getting nearer to the final edition.
New features in this edition compared to Ubuntu 8.04:
