iPhone Configuration Utility 1.0 for Mac OS X released by Apple
Apple has released an application for enterprises which is designed to enable them to access logs and install apps on iPhones as well as configure them.
This application has been named iPhone Configuration Utility 1.0 for Mac OS X.
Unfortunately, this application is only available for the Mac OS X platform.
It is however pretty useful for companies which have deployed iPhones in their operations.
It enables the administrators to perform various tasks such as:
Device security policies
VPN configuration information
Wi-Fi settings, APN settings
Exchange account settings
Mail settings
Certificates that permit iPhone and iPod touch devices to work with your enterprise systems
