Google Gears for Safari released for Mac OS X
Google has now officially released the first stable version of Gears for Safari on the Mac OS X operating system.
This plug-in for the Apple Safari web browser requires at least Leopard 10.5.3 or Tiger 10.4.11.
It is available as a free download.
Google Gears is already available for Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer and it comes bundled with Google Chrome.
They are also working with Opera to bring the functionality to the Opera Browser.
