Microsoft reveals features of Internet Explorer 7 beta 2
Microsoft has revealed some of the features that can be expected in their second beta of the upcoming Internet Explorer browser. The company recently launched the first beta of IE 7 and met with disappointing response from the private beta testers. This next beta is expected to be on a larger scale so that the company can see what its larger user base thinks about what they are trying to accomplish with Internet Explorer 7.
Some of the more apparent features are the improved Tab Support and Page Zoom. The Quick Tabs function let the users preview live thumbnail view of all tabs. And tabs are expected to behave more like what they currently do on Opera and Firefox. The Page Zoom feature would give Internet Explorer the Opera like flexibility to zoom in on page elements.
The developers are also trying to make the support for ActiveX components more secure. They would be adding an ‘ActiveX Opt-in’ feature, which would let the users selectively enable the ActiveX objects installed on the browser. They are also making it easier for users to add their choice of search engines to the browser. This beta is expected to be out later this year.

Well, i´m actually posting this in IE7 Beta 2.
After trying some of the best features in this browser I think some features could be improved.
1. Speed could be increased because navigation is still a little slow.
2. Easy-To-Use interface could be improved too.
3. The application is still consuming a lot of resources.
