Ilium Software adds Sync to eWallet for iPhone

Ilium Software is pleased to announce synchronization for eWallet on iPhone and iPod touch devices. eWallet is an award-winning secure information and password manager application that’s used to store important personal information like credit card numbers, passwords, PINs and much more. The new 6.1.2 release adds full wallet synchronization between an iPhone or iPod touch and a WiFi connected Windows PC.

Ann Arbor, Michigan – Ilium Software is pleased to announce synchronization for eWallet(R) on iPhone and iPod touch devices. eWallet is an award-winning secure information and password manager application that’s used to store important personal information like credit card numbers, passwords, PINs and much more. The new 6.1.2 release adds full wallet synchronization between an iPhone or iPod touch and a WiFi connected Windows PC.

The new release takes full advantage of Ilium Software’s SyncPro(R) technology. SyncPro lets you synchronize your individual wallet cards from your Windows PC to an iPhone, iPod touch, Windows Mobile device, Palm OS handheld, BlackBerry device (coming soon), other computers, network servers, removable storage devices, and remote locations via FTP. SyncPro not only allows for entering information on a PC where it’s easier to type, but also provides a way to backup wallet files from the iPhone.

Built-in to the new Windows PC version of eWallet is a very easy-to-use Sync Setup option that lets you first pick your device type, and then indicate the type of synchronization you would like (full two-way synchronization, PC overwrites iPhone, or iPhone overwrites PC). Now users can update their wallets on their PC and their iPhone and know that their changes will be delivered to both locations.

The eWallet for iPhone update is available through iTunes and the on-device App Store for a special introductory price of $9.99 (USD); updates for existing eWallet for iPhone users are free. The Windows PC version of eWallet with SyncPro is available to current owners of eWallet for iPhone at the discounted price of $9.95.
