Dear Adobe project started to tell Adobe about user problems
Adobe is one of the most important software companies in the world with hugely successful products like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Flash and Adobe Dreamweaver.
The company has a loyal fan base which is devoted to them.
But some of their customers also have problems which they would want to convey to the company.
This was the plan which resulted in the launch of the Dear Adobe website. It was not created by Adobe but by two of their loyal customers.
The aim is to provide a platform where Adobe software users can file in their complaint and vote on complaints filed by others.
The people behind this project confirmed that Adobe has gotten in touch with them and the response has been positive.
