Rumor: Apple promises to fix iPhone software glitch by next month

AppleInsider has reported that Apple has somewhat acknowledged the much talked about software glitches in the iPhone 3G.

A mail sent to one of the user states: “This is a known iPhone bug that is being fixed in the next software update in September”.

A lot of iPhone users have found that the new software has been unresponsive at times and pretty buggy.

Apple Safari also suffers from a lot of issues in the new release as it locks up frequently and crashes.

Apple has already released two updates for the iPhone 2.0 update but both have failed to fix these issues for the customers.
