Gmail goes down for a couple of hours
Google’s web services continue to face uptime issues. The latest was with their webmail system Gmail.
Online reports claim that Gmail was down from about 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Pacific Time yesterday.
Google acknowledged the problem and stated that they were working on fixing the problem.
The problem seems to be fixed now.
This update issue did not affect all the users as just a fraction of users were found to be complaining.
Gmail was working fine here at TechWhack headquarters throughout yesterday.
