HTC’s Android based mobile phone might be delayed
Market sources are hinting that the upcoming HTC’s Google Android powered mobile phone might be delayed.
HTC is said to be facing issues incorporating Google’s required feature set in the mobile device they are building on the Android mobile platform.
HTC has plans to launch some models before the end of the year.
The company on the other hand claims that they are on track to launch the device as currently scheduled.
Incidentally, they are currently the world’s largest maker of Windows Mobile based Smartphones.
Google itself added: “we remain on schedule to deliver the first Android-based handset this year.”
