I bought the Pro version of Hide Folders on 31.1.08 (Regn. no. 815-848-006-5809) for OSX Leopard 10.5.3. It had been working well until recently when it refused to show my two hidden folders after I put my password in. All that showed was a ? sign. They’d disappeared from my documents folder. I finally tracked one of the invisible files down using “EasyFind”. It sprung open for a flash of a second but that was that. I followed instructions for solving problems on the Altomac web-page, but they were ineffective. After phoning AppleCare in Australia, who couldn’t help, I went on to Recent Items and managed to open the hidden document which had opened briefly, from there. I found an early version of the other document by going back in Time Machine.
I am extremely disappointed in your application and have uninstalled it.
