Microsoft Live Mesh now open to all
If you have a Microsoft Live ID, you can now get connected to Microsoft’s Live Mesh service.
Live Mesh is technically a multi-OS file synchronization tool which can be used to store and access files from anywhere.
The company claims that the service is designed to sync files with an online backup service.
It is currently limited to Windows users but support for Linux and Mac is coming in the future.
Ray Ozzie, Microsoft’s Chief Software Architect calls this service the app platform that’s cognizant of all of your devices.
