Google Lively launched!
Google has launched a new free service named Lively which seems to become a challenger to Second Life.
This is a three dimensional application which enables the user to enter virtual rooms.
The company said that the service is totally free and would allow more users to enjoy virtual worlds.
Google has also released a Facebook application for Lively. And they are working on a version for MySpace.
Google representative Niniane Wang spoke about this new service: “We know people already spend a lot of time online socializing, so we just want to try to make it more enjoyable.”
The company said that the service was tested by a group of Arizona State University students.
